Art camps are more than just a fun way to fill a day—they are immersive creative experiences where children get to fully engage their hands, hearts, and minds for five hours or more. Our art camps have been thoughtfully developed through nearly 20 years of teaching and leading children in creative experiences. (Jessica Blankenship's first art camp was as an intern, teaching assistant at the Taft Museum of art in 2008!) Each camp since then has been designed to nurture joy, encourage hands-on learning, and give children the freedom to imagine, experiment, and make something meaningful. We believe childhood should be filled with wonder, creativity, and opportunities to grow through play and discovery.

At art camp, children step away from screens and into a world of real materials, real friendships, and real creative expression. They paint, build, draw, sculpt, and explore a variety of art processes that strengthen fine motor skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. More importantly, they experience the satisfaction of creating something with their own two hands.

Our art camps also provide a positive social environment where kids can make friends, practice kindness, and enjoy being part of a welcoming creative community. There is something powerful about learning alongside others, sharing ideas, and celebrating one another’s work. These experiences help children grow not only as artists, but as people.

Because camp lasts for five hours or more, children have the rare opportunity to go deeper into their creative process. They are not rushed.
